What you see after you sign in to halo69

Once you log in successfully, your halo69 dashboard displays your current account balance, available games and tournaments, upcoming sportsbook markets, and pending withdrawals. Under Sports, you browse Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, and badminton matches with game information. Under Esports, you find Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile tournaments and matches. Under Account Settings, you manage your profile, payment methods, KYC documents, two-factor authentication, password, and withdrawal history.

Account security after login

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account Settings if you have not already. When 2FA is active, you receive a code via email or SMS each time you log in from a new device. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password. You can also set a security question and update your recovery email and phone number in the same section.

Your account shows all login history with device type, location, and timestamp. If you see a login from an unfamiliar device, you can force a logout from all other devices and reset your password immediately. We monitor accounts for suspicious activity and may contact you to confirm large or unusual transactions.

Deposits and withdrawals from your halo69 account

After logging in, you access the Deposit section to add funds to your account. You select your payment method—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet)—and enter your desired amount. Pending and stalled withdrawals

If your withdrawal remains pending longer than expected, check the Withdrawal History section in Account Settings. Your withdrawal status shows as Pending (under review), Approved (sent to payment processor), or Completed (funds received). If it shows Pending for more than one business day, contact our support team with your withdrawal ID. We investigate and provide an update within one business day. Common reasons for review include first-time withdrawal, large amount, or routine compliance check. Withdrawals do not incur fees on halo69, but your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a small transfer fee.

Troubleshooting login issues on halo69

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your username or email address and we send a password reset link to your registered email within five minutes. Follow the link, create a new password, and log in with your new credentials. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team to resend the link.

If you are locked out of your account after multiple failed login attempts, we temporarily lock it for security. If you are logged out unexpectedly, your session may have expired due to inactivity or you may have logged out from another device. Log in again with your username or email and password. If you enable "Remember me" at login, you remain signed in for thirty days (unless you clear your device cookies or log out manually). If you experience repeated unexpected logouts, enable two-factor authentication to strengthen your account security.
